1. To teach learners how to be in control of the flow of management information, relate financial forecast to actual results achieved, monitor sales and profit trend and provide on alternative actions that can be taken.

The programme aims to develop in graduates a sound knowledge and understanding of the principles of Management Accounting, and to prepare them to write the Stage 4 examinations of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. It also aims to develop in graduates the capacity for lifelong learning and an awareness of the social context in which they will be working, once they enter the Management Accounting Profession.

This Honours programme is the first year of postgraduate study in Organisational Psychology. It is designed to provide the opportunity for further intensive study in Organisational Psychology, and training in concepts and research methods designed to equip the candidate with the skills necessary either for employment in organisations and self-employment or for further study at Masters level and Doctoral level in Organisational Psychology or a related subject area. Students who complete the programme are eligible for registration as psychometrics subject to passing an examination that is administered by the professional Board for Psychology.
