The Learner will be able to

  1. Communicate effectively with peers, in a variety of ways, in the discourse of chemistry at advanced level.
  2. Demonstrate responsible and effective time-management and organization of projects and research, meeting personal objectives and negotiated deadlines.
  3. To interact with self-confidence, as a member of a team or group in a variety of discussion and problem-solving situations in a management environment.
  4. Exhibit a detailed knowledge and understanding of a range of discipline specific theories and comprehends both the interactions between chemistry and the natural science environment and the multi-disciplinary nature of science.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to work independently in developing clear and deeper understanding of the specific areas of the subject.
  6. Manage data and information effectively, through their collection, storage, analysis, synthesis, presentation and critical evaluation, using a variety of analytical methods and techniques.
  7. Exhibit skills to successfully carry out research under supervision.
