The qualification aims to
- To empower public, development and local government administrators and managers with managerial and administrative skills.
- To provide learners with analytical, administrative and research skills, build future public and development administrators.
- To produce specialists in the topics related to the sub-fields concerned.
- To produce competent administrators who will render advisory services to the national, provincial and local government officials.
Entry requirements and RPL
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The institution conducts RPL in terms of the policy and guidelines of the institution to recognise other forms of formal, informal and non-formal learning and experience. In cases where learners do not comply with the formal admission requirements, the institution applies its RPL policy.
