Master of Laws (LLM) Degree, or a qualification equivalent for this purpose.
Informal and Non-Formal Prior Learning
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree and relevant experiential learning acquired by working in a legal environment.

Integrated Assessment
- Continuous Assessment will take place through the evaluation of the research proposal, and through regular review of the research process by the learner and the supervisor.
- Summative Assessment will consist of the production of a thesis and such oral or written examinations and practicals as are prescribed by the Senate.
- Formative and Summative Assessment are closely integrated by means of a periodic review of the research process in meetings between the supervisor and the learner.
