Entry requirements and RPL
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The institution conducts RPL in terms of the policy and guidelines of the institution to recognise other forms of formal, informal and non-formal learning and experience. In cases where learners do not comply with the formal admission requirements, the institution applies its RPL policy.

The minimum entry requirement for this qualification is
- Advanced Diploma in Internal Auditing, NQF Level 7.

- Analyse computer Information System network architecture.
- Describe management's role and function within an organisation.
- Identify the basic rules necessary for the efficient running of an Internal Audit Department.
- Perform various audits e.g. operational, contract, environmental, fraud, total quality management, corporate governance, business re-engineering, benchmarking and applying various techniques in identifying risk and in control self-assessment.
- Perform an Information System audit using computer assisted audit techniques.
- Write an audit report on work performance.
