Entry requirements and RPL
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The institution conducts RPL in terms of the policy and guidelines of the institution to recognise other forms of formal, informal and non-formal learning and experience. In cases where learners do not comply with the formal admission requirements, the institution applies its RPL policy.

- Bachelor of Sports Science Honours, NQF Level 8.

On completion of this qualification, the learner should be able to
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of research and the ability to plan a research project answering to all the requirements of scientific research in Sports Science.
- Show a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of selected theoretical areas in Sports Science and develop the ability to creatively integrate knowledge, critically evaluate the literature and to formulate an own opinion.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of selected areas of intervention in Sports Science.
- Communicate effectively with patients.
- Take medical history, appropriately communicate findings and treatment options with patient, colleagues and referring doctor.
- Effectively communicate scientific work orally and in written form.
Associated assessment criteria
Integrated Assessment
Assessment criteria are demonstrated fulfilment of the desired outcomes met through successful completion of all components of the qualification and are assessed through a range of methods including tests, assignments and formal assessments, in written and oral form, and the research project. Integrated assessment is carried out in written examinations and in the research project.

The intended purpose of this Master of Accountancy is to provide the learners with a professional, vocational, and sound understanding of the general theoretical principles and their applications in the field of research accountancy.
