Purpose
This programme is designed to provide students who wish to pursue advanced independent research in Sport and Exercise Science with the necessary in-depth knowledge and research.

Entry Requirements
Learners in possession of an Honours Degree in Human Movement Studies or Sport Science may enrol for the Degree. In exceptional cases, students who do not have an Honours Degree in Human Movement Studies or Sport Science, but have an Honours Degree in a related discipline, and have professional experience in a Human Movement Studies or Sport Science domain, may enrol for the course.

- Interpret, analyse and contextualise research findings in the sub-disciplines of Sport and Exercise Science.
- Understand and apply the theoretical foundations of the various sub-disciplines of Sport and Exercise Science.
- Understand and apply the methodological frameworks that are most appropriate to doing research in the various sub-disciplines of Sport and Exercise Science.
- Develop and present a research proposal independently.
- Employ critical thinking skills during debates regarding Sport and Exercise Science subject matter.
- Read and examine professional and academic texts with insight.

Purpose:
The intended purpose of this Master of Accountancy is to provide the learners with a professional, vocational, and sound understanding of the general theoretical principles and their applications in the field of research accountancy. The qualification will be treated according to the policies and procedures of the institution regarding master's dissertations, monitoring, and assessment of learners' progress in the qualification, provision for learners disputes regarding assessment results and Recognition of Prior Learning.
