Entry requirements and RPL
Learners are expected to have a level 6 (Honours) qualification, in English. Learners who have obtained a mark of less than 60% in this qualification will not usually be admitted to English Masters.

Exit level outcomes
- In the course of this research and writing learners will master sophisticated subject matter, including the latest theories in literary or language studies;
- will exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of the field of study;
- will be engaged in independent analysis and evaluation of relevant material;
- will engage in critical reviews of work done to date in their fields;
- will hone reading, writing and research skills;
- will cope with contradictory information and views;
- will exhibit confident and flexible approaches to problems and deploy relevant and appropriate means in solving those problems.

The intended purpose of this Master of Accountancy is to provide the learners with a professional, vocational, and sound understanding of the general theoretical principles and their applications in the field of research accountancy. The qualification will be treated according to the policies and procedures of the institution regarding master's dissertations, monitoring, and assessment of learners' progress in the qualification, provision for learners disputes regarding assessment results and Recognition of Prior Learning. The qualification aims to enhance research capacity and increase access by providing an opportunity to articulate to master's degree.
