Purpose and rationale
Purpose
- The first purpose of this qualification is to provide students with the opportunity to engage in advanced academic study and research in the areas of Biokinetics.
- The second purpose of this qualification is to provide students with the relevant applied knowledge base needed to pursue professional opportunities in the areas of Biokinetics.
- The third purpose of this qualification is to educate professional and academic specialists who can address the needs for both individual development and the transformation of South African society through the medium of participation in sport and other forms of physical activity.
