To provide candidates with a sound knowledge of language use for application in various fields and also for pedagogical use in teaching and learning contexts.
Entry requirements and RPL
- Candidates should know the general concepts and theories regarding language structure and language use as specialised knowledge of their particular areas.
- Candidates should also be in command of the values required for research and be able to do individual, guided research and report such research in the form of the Extended Essay at the end of the course.
