A bachelor's degree in Social or Cultural Anthropology or other related fields.

Exit level outcomes

  1. Knowledge of the history and development of the discipline.
  2. Understanding of contemporary anthropological theory.
  3. Ability to undertake a supervised research project, using anthropological methods and techniques and interpret the results of the research.
  4. Ability to write a minor dissertation setting out the results of the research and the methodology employed.
  5. Ability to present research findings at seminars or other colloquia.

i) Demonstrate understanding of various theoretical approaches in anthropology.

ii) Demonstrate familiarity with the history and development of anthropology.

iii) Demonstrate familiarity with research methodology and techniques used in anthropology and show proficiency in these techniques.

Satisfactory completion of the honours programme will make a student eligible for selection for a Masters programme at Unizul or at other universities
