The aim of the programme is to train students in managerial skills for employment in industrial organisations, Public Service and teaching service.
Entry requirements and RPL
The overall assumption prior to admission into the programme is that the student has a BA. degree in any of the social sciences and with a minimum average mark of 60%

Exit level outcomes
Upon completion of the programme the student must have managerial skills to be able to run various business and public organizations.
The student must have also developed skills for negotiation and mediation over conflict situations.

Integrated assessment
Methods of assessment consist of term papers, reserach project. Oral presentation and at least a three hour writing examination in four courses.
