Monaana Institute (Pty) Ltd is a private training company that has headquarters located in Swartruggens, in the North West Province of South Africa. It got registered with CIPC in 2013 (Reg. no. 2013/142954/07). This is an Enterprise 100% Black owned. Monaana Institute (Pty) Ltd focuses on providing training, programme and material development, work-study programmes, mentoring programmes, general consulting services, supply and manufacturing services.

We offer training in different fields covering all aspects of Management, ICT and Skills programmes, both accredited and non-accredited. We train individuals, Co-operatives, small businesses, social activists and professionals. We also offer mentoring. We have accreditation with QCTO in the following programmes: Project Manager (NQF L5), Office Administrator (NQF L5), Early Childhood Development Practitioner (NQF L4), Basic Emergency First Aid Responder (NQF L2), Christian Religious Practitioner (NQF L2), Christian Religious Professional (NQF L5), Bricklayer Assistant (NQF L1), Plumbing Hand (NQF L3).

We are awaiting accreditation in New Venture Creation, Assessment Practitioner, Java Programmer, Front-End Web Designer, End User Computing and Learning and Development Facilitator. Our training Centre in Swartruggens has been accredited for Assessment and we will be opening other centres in Rustenburg, Northern Cape and Gauteng, and other places. We also have a Counselling facility on-site and online for the counselling of people with different life challenges, and for the students.

We intend to ensure empowerment of people through knowledge access from the lowest level of preschool education to higher education.
